In order to encourage skilled stuff to bring technique and achievements to incubator to establish high tech enterprises, according to the national and provincial policies, combined with our practical conditions, we have mode up this policy.
1. Giving great support the constructions and development of the incubator, Lvshun district government should give it enough help and guidance.
2. Working in enterprise renting office, practicing "free renting fee" according to the registering fee and the tax paid.
3. Decrease the registering fee of private high tech enterprises.
4. Give priority to establish projects to the enterprises which are applying for national and provincial technical projects.
5. Incubator should help the enterprises to do some service work about registering during the process of establishing and operating, and shorten the working process to improve the working rate.
6. If some one is needed badly by enterprises, after reported by the introducing enterprise and examined by the human resource bureau and scientific technology bureau, he can pay no money on population extending. His file can be put in district human resource exchange center and be charged by the enterprises to assemble fund and get beneficial results after retirement.
